ASSEN Series ASV vacuum pump system is composed of vacuum pump and roots pump, The roots pump automatically works by the controlling of relays or electrical-contact vacuum gauge. ASV equips an electrical control system and a cooling water system. It is quick start, big capacity of vacuum evacuating etc, widely used in vacuum smelting, welding, chemical, pharmaceutical and electric power system, particularly suitable for transformer vacuum operation.
1. The machine adopts special Roots pump and vacuum pump, so the vacuum pumping speed and pressure, are obviously better than any other devices.
2. Working vacuum range and maximum vacuum degree are superior to other products.
3. It is installed with special vacuum gauge for accurate indication.
4. It adopts automatic vacuum relay for automatic control.
5. Stable and reliable operation, low noise, and easy to move.
Vacuum is drawn in transformer tank with aid of transformer evacuation system to remove moisture and gases from insulation/oil. Alternately during commissioning of transformer, nitrogen is evacuated with transformer evacuation system before new oil filling or oil alteration in transformers. Transformer evacuation is a wet process which necessitates proper moisture extraction before its entry into vacuum pump.ASSEN has designed transformer evacuation systems that have efficient moisture condensers with adequate cooling area that are placed in line with the vacuum pump. In case of non-availability of cold water circulation at site, condensers are also provided with facility of ice cups which aid to hold ice and improve the moisture condensation.
The transformer evacuation systems are robustly designed with vacuum pumps and booster pumps (ROOTS pump) to handle large volumes of moisture in transformers.
