5.Working principle of charcoal drying oven
Charcoal Drying Oven is horizontal dryer with multi-section combination, this dryer is mainly used for drying in humidity state when the intensity is not high pellet or ball. The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the Discharge port at the bottom of the drying box.Drying time for 15% humidity coal ash briquettes is approximately 90-120 minutes, customer can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of the finished ball, belt speed is adjustable in order to achieve good product quality.
