Belt dryer charcoal briquette dryer is horizontal dryer with multi-section combination, this kind of dryer is mainly used for drying in humidity state when the intensity is not high pellet or ball. The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the Discharge port at the bottom of the drying box.Drying time for 15% humidity coal briquettes is approximately 60-90 minutes, customer can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of the finished ball, belt speed is adjustable in order to get good quality final products.

- Yes, there is thermal insulation inside the dryer. If the running place is not very cold, it does not need a warm room.
