1.Briquette Drier Introduction
Briquette Drier is a highly efficient drying system that can be used in different industry segments and production lines. The drying products include for example coal briquette, charcoal briquettes, biomass pellet, wood chips and other lump or solid materials. Drying temperature is adjustable according to different raw materials so it has a vast application. It has the character of high efficiency, low broken rate, stable performance,etc.
2.Briquette Drier Working Principle
Briquette Drier is horizontal dryer with multi-section combination, this kind of dryer is mainly used for drying in humidity state when the intensity is not high pellet or ball. The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the Discharge port at the bottom of the drying box.Drying time for 15% humidity coal ash briquettes is approximately 90-120 minutes, customer can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of the finished ball, belt speed is adjustable in order to achieve good product quality.
