Advantages
It by different sizes of solid material with different weight, so different settlement in liquid:fine mineral particles floating in the water to flow, coarse particles sink to the bottom.The spiral to the upper discharge,carry out the mechanical grading in a grading equipment, can put the mill grinded powder level to the filter, and then the coarse material using helical vane is screwed into the mill feed inlet,and filter out fine material from the overflow tube.
Application
Widely used in sand and iron ore classifying process:This machine is one of the most widely used hierarachical mechanical equipemnt and is mainly used to grade the granules in the ore pulp during the selecting technological process and it is also used to clean mud and dehydrate in mill washing work.
