Thermal Film Extrusion Lamination Line
The thermal film extrusion lamination line is comprised of the unwinding unit, coating unit, drying unit, lamination unit, auxiliary unwinding unit, extrusion die, winding unit, and control unit. Fully computer control ensures high production efficiency and extrusion lamination quality.
The basic extrusion lamination process goes like this. Firstly, the thermoplastic resin is heated to temperature above the melting point. The molten plastics are pushed through an extrusion die to form a thin hot film that will then be laminated over a kind of base material which has been pre-coated. The resultant laminate is totally odorless. Plastic resins that can be used on our extrusion lamination equipment include the LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, EAA, and other laminating resin. The substrate wound onto the primary unwinding roller is usually BOPP (15-60um) or BOPET (12-50um).
