This product with quick installation and good insulation which is
applied widely in: cold store, ceiling, temporary house,dormitories,warehouse,workshop and etc.
Specifications:
1. Outer materails specification,
1) Two sides: painted steel sheet, stainless steel sheet and hot-galvanized steel sheet for customers' option
2) Thickness(mm): 0.32~1.5mm
3) Color: According to customer requirement, default is milk white.
4) Width: 980mm, 1180mm
5) Length:According to customer requirement,the max length is 8700mm.
2.Sandwich core: Polyurethane(PU)
Density: 38-40(kg/m3), 40-42(kg/m3), 42-45(kg/m3).
Thickness(mm): 75, 100, 120, 150, 200.
3.Fireproof:According to customer requirement

Polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer skins and hence is known as PU sandwich panels. We are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich panels in variegated specifications.. Those two layers are available i profile with zinc coated, galvanized steel, embossed aluminum, stainless steel or other material sheets. |

Our panels are 960mm width, in a range of thickness with 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm and up to 12 meters length. Different cold room has different temperature so need use different thickness insulation panel: |
