Functuions and features:
Type with safety cnc silicone strip cutting machine is the latest model, it's specialized customized multi-use device of Slitting and cutting, cutting into parts, cutting off. Firstly, accurate measure-cuttying accurately, can save the cost of the raw paterial(mainly used for cutting silicon). Secondly, the double safety device- there's not only the security guard installed before the knife, but also a safety induction switch, once the safety guard was twitched, the whole machine would be power off to avoid cutting hands.
1. the machine countrol systerm adopts panasonic PLC with high grade performance, and TaiWan brand high grade colorful man-machine interface.
2. cutter position adopt Twaiwan linear guide bearing drive system, to ensure the same position of every knife. height adjustment of the blade adopts the round nut fine-tuning institutions.
3. rubber unpowered stainless steel roller conveyor, accurate and can feed roller and pressure.
4. variable speed motors, cutting speed can be adjusted.
5. can cut three different width of rubber at the same time, the rubber blanking times can be set, to meet specific customer's needs.
