NOTICE
1) Meter should work in ventilated and clean surrounding. Be away from rain, sun,
high temperature, dust, alkali, acid, strong vibration situation or strong electromagnetic
wave
2) Please unplug the power source and telephone lines to avoid lightning strike
3) The meter is a precision electronic instrument, please don't assign, take apart,
test or change tariff rate by unskilled person, which should be operated by skillful
serviceman
4) While transfer rate to the meter from center management system, please plug the
special line (6 core RJ connector) provided by manufacturer into the communication
port
5) If with rechargeable batteries, please recharge the batteries at least 12 hours
in the first time
6) The meter keeps on working about 8 hours while the local power is cut off. When
the LCD screen gets dark, it indicates that energy in batteries is almost used up
7) Please use the meter according to the user guide
