Fully automatic blow moulding machine is a two step blowing equipment. It is most suitable to produce PET or PP packages for all kinds of drinks as well as juice, tea and medical slurry.
1. PLC control, quality stable.
2. Energy saving, infred light heating with high penetrability, preform self turnning makes heating more even.
3. All heating lamps, reflection board's position can be adjusted, in order to suit different design preforms.Self high temperature reduce system control. Program turns to safety state when machine is faulty.
4. All CE mould has automatic safety control. Program turns to safety state when machine is faulty.
5. All movement drives by cylinder instead of oil pimp. Low noise and environment friendly.
6. Air supply is separated into action and blowing two parts, to fullfil different pressure requirement for the two process.
7. High perssur or double-crank mould clamping eusure strong clamping force.
8. The whole working process is done automatically. Less invest but higher effciency. Easy handling and maintenance.
