Product description:
1.Power Unit
Power unit is driven by four pumps and four motors, with the Max. rotating speed of 12r/min, and the Max. torque reaching 400kN.m. It can bear a lifting capacity of 300t and realize gas lifting counter-circulation construction. Special sealing ring is adopted in its inside. The seaking technique for shielding machine is appplied to the engineering drilling machine for the first time, solving the slurry leakage problem occurred in construction.
2.Guide Frame
Four-pillar gate-tape structure is adopted for the guide frame,which can bear a torque of 400kN.m. On its upper part it is equipped with the manipulator and auxiliary hoist which are convenient to remove the drilling tool in construction.
3.Chassis
Double layer chassis is adopted in the large-type engineering driling machine for the first time, with compact structure. The drilling bit with a diameter of 5m can go down when the upper chassis is moved away.
