Description of sand making line machines:
Sand making production line is produced by mating internationally advanced fifth generation sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine)) with our other mining machines. Our sand production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, traveling apron, electronic control equipment, etc. Its output is generally 50-500 t/h.
Sand making line machines application:
1) It is used for producing building aggregate, concrete, aggregate for road surface and roadbed, asphalt concrete and cement concrete.
2) It is also used for sand making and shaping in the field of engineering such as water conservancy, hydroelectric power, high-class highway, high-speed railway, passenger special line, bridge, airport pavement, municipal works and high-rise buildings.
3) It is used widely in many industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineer, mining, refractory materials, cement etc.
4) It is used for producing glass raw materials, quartz sand and other high purity materials.
5) It can crush hard limestone, granite, basalt, river stone, etc, and widely used in hydropower, building material, highway, city construction, etc.
4.Main equipment:
1) Jaw crusher
Jaw crusher is usually used as primary crushing during the stone or sand processing , because it's high capacity , large opening and durable wearing parts, it's easy to maintain
2) Impact crusher
Impact crusher can be used as secondary crushing, it's the ideal choice for making building material, for it's finished mateterial with cubic shape and without interior cracks
3) Cone crusher
Cone crusher is widely used for the secondary crushing, because it's reliable working condition, but it's not easy to maintain if there is problem
4) Fine crusher
Fine crusher is also called second generation sand making machine, it has high efficiency, can produce fine material , average size less than 5mm. it also widely used before ball mill during the mineral selecting processing.
5) Vibrating feeder and screen
They are necessary equipment during the sand or stone making processing. feeder is mainly used for well-proportioned sending raw material to jaw crusher, meanwhile, it can screen material primary. the screen is made according to the kinds of finished material
6) Sand washer
It is used to remove the dust in sand.Its aims at improving the quality of sand.
