Where to use?
Applicable for dryer of paper making, mainly for writing paper; printing paper; board paper and kraft paper.
We have following types of polyester dryer screen, include
BGW20604;BGW22608;BGW22708;GW22503;GW22504;LXW6035;LXW6850;LXW8080 and LXW9090.
our customer can select different types according to their request.
Advantage
Our polyester dryer screen have character of good abrasion; stable structure and long time service life. it widely apply in dryer of paper making and machinery onveyor belt.
It always make self pin joint while use for dryer of paper making. and it also can make endless seam.
We will apply resin edge reinforcement for our dryer screen. so the edge of our belt will have good abrasion while it operating in high speed paper machine.
Processing
Warping--Buckling--Weaving--Once heat set--Twice heat set--Edge reinforcement--Packing--Finish
Treatment
We make self pin joint and resin edge reinforcement for our polyester dryer screen.
Inspection
We use air permeability test apparatus for air permeability testing, and breaking force test apparatus is use for tensile strength testing.
Packing
We have three types of packing, poly bag; wooden box and carton, our customers can select either one according to their request.
