Where to use?
Applicable for forming of paper making, include writing paper; printing paper; board paper; kraft paper and tissue etc.
We have following types of polyester forming fabric, include
CXW27254;CXW25358;CXW27358;CXW27408;2C56188;2B5616;3C5220 and 3M4808 etc.
Type CXW27254 is use for writing printing paper forming.
Type CXW25358/CXW27358/CXW27408 is use for package paper; board paper and kraft paper forming.
Type 2C56188/2B5616/3C5220/3M4808 is use for low gram weight writing paper; printing paper; newspaper; chrome paper; offset paper and tissue paper forming, it's specially design for high speed paper machine.
our customer can select different types according to their request.
Advantage
Our single layer forming fabric have character of stable structure; good abrasion resistance and freeness, it's mainly use for low speed board paper and kraft paper machine.
Our multi layers forming fabric have character of smooth surface; stable structure; good abrasion resistance; perfect freeness; high retention and long time service life. it's design for medium and high speed writing and printing paper machine.
Processing
Warping--Buckling--Weaving--Once heat set--Twice heat set--Edge reinforcement--Packing--Finish
Treatment
We make endless seam and resin edge reinforcement for our polyester forming fabric.
Inspection
We use air permeability test apparatus for air permeability testing, and breaking force test apparatus is use for tensile strength testing.
Packing
We have three types of packing, poly bag; wooden box and carton, our customers can select either one according to their request.
