Where to use?
Applicable for S SS and SMS types spunbond nonwoven forming.
We have following types of spunbond belt, include
BGW20604;BGW22608 and GW22508.
our customer can select different types according to their different requirement about the air permeability.
GW22508 mainly use for low speed S spunbond nonwoven machine.
BGW20604 and BGW22608 mainly use for high speed SS and SMS spunbond meltbrown machine.
Advantage
1.The reusable bags widely used is made by spunbond nonwoven cloth, our spunbond belt BGW20604; BGW22608 and GW22508 is use for spunbond nonwoven forming. it design for customer's different requirement about air permeability.
2.The raw material of spunbond nonwoven cloth is PE or PP, it will cause static during production, so we'll do anti-static treatment for our spunbond belt. we'll use anti-static wires for our belt, or do anti-static dipping for our belt. so our spunbond belt is best for our customer's selection.
3.We make self pin joint for our spunbond belt, it's easy to install, not left any seam marks in the nonwoven cloth. the intensity can reach 100% of the fabrics.
Processing
Warping--Buckling--Weaving--Once heat set--Twice heat set--Edge reinforcement--Packing--Finish
Treatment
We make self pin joint and resin edge reinforcement for our spunbond belt.
Inspection
We use air permeability test apparatus for air permeability testing, and breaking force test apparatus is use for tensile strength testing.
Packing
We have three types of packing, poly bag; wooden box and carton, our customers can select either one according to their request.
