Metal sheet leveler
1.Structure: 17 Leveling rollers, which are driven by motor and reducer through distribution gearbox and universal joints.
2.Both the up rollers and down rollers are supported by support rollers and brackets, with adjustable support tightened force.
3.The angle and press-down extent of up rollers can be adjusted according to leveling thickness; Two adjusting styles: electric rough adjustment and manual fine adjusting.
4.Heavy needle bearings and plane bearings ensure leveling rollers to work without run-off phenomenon.
5.Concentrate lubrication by thin grease lubricating pump.
