Applications:
1.EDM electrodes are made of  carbide.Increase the surface of ferrous metal up to HV1100-1400 (HRC70-72 °). Increase wear resistance, corrosion resistance, longer service life 1-3 times.
2.Replacement electrode play sand for various plastic mold,rubber mold,bakelite m
old etc(known as e-play sand),can be processed into a granular form of 1~6 species

3. Punch various types of  blind hold,shaped hold etc needed in metal and other material manufacturing.
 
4.Extract broken tap,drill..etc in metal workpieces.
5.Processing wear-out parts of  blanking,bending,extrusions.die casting molds,high-speed steel tools,fixtures,machinery..etc. Micro-reparing mechanical parts and components of micro repair
