Brief Introduction

Main Features
1)V-type sealing for both sides of bag,which makes the bag look good and solid.
2)Soft handle turning driving is based on the design of mechanic principal.
3)The auto conveyor table will deliver the finished bags while it’s counted.
4)It has EPC automatic control for unwinding.

1.Tube film double side gusseting unit.

Technical Parameter
Unwinding device
1)Scroll supporting unwinding roller,making the mechanical resistance into minimum.
2)With single photocell control EPC
3)Friction tension adjust and control accurately,and the film can't be extended,making the change of the tension value into the minimum.
V-type sealing device
1)The bag's bottom of side gusset can have V-type sealing line,which makes the bag look good and soild.
Soft loop handle sealer device
1)Double layer unwinder
2)The seat and the wallboard of the whole soft loop handle sealer device adopts steel board
3)Special ramp pulling over-turn soft loop handle
Bottom sealing device
1)Used 4-point bottom sealing knife supporting bar.
2)It can increase the productivity.
Convey collect device
1)Collect table adopt automatic collecting bag feeding (intermission model and continuum model)
2)When the bag reach to a certainty quantity, collect table will move automatically, and continue producing.
