Technical Parameter
Unwinding device
1)Material feeding by servo motor, which enables the machine to send material at a high speed without joggle.
Double Line Hot Handle Heat Punch(Optional)
1)Double servo, double photocell for double line small size printed bag production, and for bag size single line printed bag production as well.
Flying knife
1)Flying knife cutting off when produce bottom sealing bags.
2) The flying knife is driven by servo motor, with single (double) line functions, which helps to gain high production capacity & speed.
3)Heavy duty sealing knife system, knife turnover design for easy cleaning.
Automatic collect table(Optional)
1)Collect table adopt automatic collecting bag feeding (intermission model and continuum model)
2)When the bag reach to a certainty quantity, collect table will move automatically, and continue producing.
3)Collect table is driven by Micro-motor reducing servo.
