The 600 automatic continuous tiles cutting machine are suitable for wall and floor tiles cutting with large size, for example, porcelain pieces, polished tiles. All of these can be cutting into needed tiles; different width can be processed simultaneously with a smooth cotting suiface, and also chamfering. The width of processing was set from 30mm to 600mm & 800mm. The machines are of processing was set form 30mm to 600mm & 800mm. The machine are of with advanced design, and high accuracy of synchro-elevating fixed structure. The belt of “V” shape was welded as orientation at the bottom of conveyer belt assuring cutting in straight line, is not only high efficiency but also perfect.

The environmental data is very important for designing. The buyer is requested to fill in the data as below:
1) Phase Voltage 3 phase
2) Line Voltage: 380 V
3) Frequency: 50 Hz

1.Payment Terms
(1)50% of contract value will be paid by T/T in advance as down payment;
(2)50% of contract value will be paid by T/T before the machine delivery..
2. Delivery Terms
Within 30 days after receipt of down payment.
3. Packing
To be packed in standard packing, wooden form.
4. Start-Up
This includes all actions necessary to put the above-mentioned equipment in operation until the completion of the production acceptance standards.
5. Training
Includes on-site basic operation and maintenance training.
Warranty
The Seller guarantees that the equipment is completely brand-new and will conform to the technical specifications. The mechanical guarantee on machinery and equipment shall be 12 months after the acceptance date. During the guarantee period, if the accessories or equipment are damaged, due to the Buyer’s insufficient maintenance or improper operation of the equipment, the Seller will replace or repair it at Buyer’s charge. If the said damages are due to faults in design or workmanship, the Seller will replace or repair it at his own cost. (Vulnerable parts excluded)
