DS8-15 full-automatic buring-free paving block Making Machine:
Mandatory feeder: once fabric box arrives to the top of the mold box, the mixing fork starts stirring rapidly to insure uniformity of material, and insure consistent product strength.
2. Full program adopt PLC control and intelligent man-machine interface dialogue system: easy to achieve a random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and a variety of parameter settings to ensure the best effectiveness of the block machine.
3. Increase the effective work platform: the application of new vibration technologies makes our block machines work with a larger platform, which greatly raised the production efficiency.
4. Reasonable distribution of vibration: the adoption of the fuel tank will release mold box locked in vibration mode platform, equipped with special vibrator on pressure head to achieve the mold box and platform vibrating at same time, to increase the effect of vibrating speed. The rapid vibration make the concrete rapid-liquefaction and rapid-exhaust, to achieve the finish products high-density and high-strength.
