1. Automatic Beer Bottling Machine/plant cost
1. This type of beer filling machine is a specific design which combination of three mechanical part in terms of filling and sealing.
2. Beer filling machine is applicable for plastic bottles, Glass bottles and pop top Can bottles. The range of capacity is from 2,500 BPH to 10,,000 BPH.
3. Beer filling machine consists of air conveyor, base conveyor and bottle evaluator.
4. The concept design considers three factors with regard to ease of operation, ease of cleaning and low cost.
1. The Washing Part
This part is used for washing the inside of the bottle (glass or PET) to ensure achieving the Hygeia standard of local nations.
2. The Filling Part
The Filling Part is composed of the filling valve, filling tank and some assistant element. It is the key component of Beer filling machine.
3. The Capping Part
The capping part is composed of 3 sets of screw head, capping transmission part, cap unscramble.
