2000 BPH Glass Beer Bottle Filling Machine
According to new conception of glass bottle beer package process requirement, BEIERDE Co,LTD designed and manufactured the lasted glass bottle beer filling machine, which can provide complete high efficiency beer filling production line.
- Filling valve adopts high precision mechanical filling valve, with the character of no bottle no vacuum pumping.
- External mechanical valve has no spring or sealing inside, is made of ocr18ni9.
- Twice vacuum pumping, equipped with high pressure frothing device.
- Open Gear combinated gear box transmission. Frequency conversion velocity modulation device extends the speed modulating scope.
- This machine has self oil lubrication device so that the lubrication points could be lubricated regularly in time. The machine is of high efficiency, low noise and long life.
- When there is bottle which blasts during the gas or beer filling, the filling valve will close automatically, and the automatic broken bottle cleaning device will work at once.
- The hopper is of stainless steel and magnetic. The unscrambling, transferring of the crown caps are all by magnetic. The capper has the outloading function which could decrease the broken bottle number.
- Centering guide is of double guide bar type, with the function of pre-covering.
- Wine jar and capping head are driven by electricity to fit different sizes of bottles.
- The material height in the tank is controlled by electric probe to assure the precise liquid level.
The Washing Part
Bottles are bellowed into bottle shifting wheel by air conveyor , and when the flushing clamp reaches the position of bottle neck, the jaw will hold the bottleneck. Under the guide of leading rail, the bottle will be overturned to 180°into a up-right position, and then transmitted into filling position by secondary bottle shifting wheel.
The Filling Part
The Filling Part is mainly composed of the filling valve, the switch valve and filling transmission components. The finish-washed bottle is conveyed to filling position by the bottle shifting wheel. At the same time, the valve-opening mechanism will open the filling valve, which with bottle on it , to fill gas in it and then the machine begin to fill liquid. When the liquid level reaches the ration tube, it will stop filling. After closing the valve and finishing exhausting, the neck holding planet of the filling device will clamp the bottle and move down into the capping shifting wheel.
The Capping Part
The capping part is composed of 3 sets of screw head, capping transmission part, cap unscrambler, under cover tube and sleeving cover part. Filled-finish bottle will be conveyed to the capping position by the bottle shifting wheel. When the bottle passes the sleeving cover device, the bottle mouth can hung on the cap on the cap output part. And the cap from the sleeving cover will be sleeved on the bottle mouth, and then be planished by the tongue depressor. The cap screw head, which the torque has been adjusted on it, descends when it moves on the same straight line with the bottle, and the triplet cap ring gear will be sleeved on the bottle cap and move down . And then the triplet cap ring gear will shrink and sort the bottle cap under the pressure of the spring, at the same time he machine begins to screw. When the torque out numbered the adjusted magnetic , the capping head will automatically slip, thus protect the cap from being damaged by the rotary cap ring gear and insure the cap is not too tightening or too loose. Finally after the cap screw head is lifted with the lifting shaft, the machine completes a capping cycle. Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
