The main material of chocolate is cocoa butter, and it is usually in solid.Before the chocolate material is put into the refiner/conche,the melting process is needed.Further more the cocoa butter melting tank can extend the life of refiner/conche.
Our Cocoa butter melting tank is water jacket , fat contact parts in stainless steel 304 , others are in mild steel Q235, the jacket tank can be all ss304.
It is heated by electrical heater.
