We mainly produce animal feed pellet making line machines , such as animal feed crusher, feed mixer
, animal feed pellet machine, dryer and pellet cooler , pellet crumbler, screener ,pellet packing
machine and all conveyors e.c.t . Our machine has more than 15 years history , CE and
ISO 9001 high quality certificate .For pellet packing machine details, list as below :
1.pellet packing machine is integrated by packing machine and sealer .
the integrated type is very flexible. Which type sealer will be organized in packing machine mainly
depends on bags materials.,for example we will install heat sealer if plastic bags, if nylon or paper or
woven bags, cloth bags, then install sew sealer
2.pellet packing machine can measure weight and close bags automatically,
when adjust weight into one stable number for example 20kg/bag, bags will fall down to bottom
conveyor automatically when reaches 30kg , then bags will convey to sealer. Then sealer will seal bags
automatically and print production date. The pellet feeding and conveyor transportation speed also
can be adjusted
