1.Pellet packing machine is integrated by packing machine and sealer .which can pack all kinds of biomass pellet , animal feed or fertilizer pellet into 10-20kg or 20-50kg bags. the integrated type is very flexible , mainly according to different kinds of bags , for example nylon, linen or cloth ,plastic ect.
2.pellet packing machine can measure weight automatically , after reaches its weight, then bags will fall down to bottom conveyor automatically, then transport to sealer , then sealer will seal bags automatically , full working process is automatically ,no need person to operate.
3.there are two types sealer, one is heat sealer for plastic bag, ther other is sew sealer ,bags materials is very various , the sealer should be changed into heat sealer not sewing type.
4.Regarding the heat sealer, introduction as below :
heat sealer adopts electrical eternal control system and Variable speed drive system, which can seal bags automatically by heat sensor. The length of seal is no limited and can be finished one time. When closing, it can print production time on the bags automatically. Writing is clear and changing letters process is convenient. It can be used in single and complex membrane or plastic bags. Now it is widely sued in food , feed, wood, chemical industry.

Pellet packing machine can measure weight and pack bags automatically , there is weight sensor and adjustor on packing machine , when adjust weight into one stable number for example 20kg/bag, bags will fall down automatically when reaches 20kg and along conveyor into sealer. then sealer will seal the bags automatically.
