Complete wood pellet production line with CE&SGS
Complete wood pellet production line with CE&SGS working reasonable and available performance. It includes the following parts: crushing process, drying process, pelletizing process, cooling and screening process and packing process. Here I'd like to explain each part function in this line.
Crushing process:
Complete wood pellet production line with CE&SGS
The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 1 to 5mm. Thus if your material diameter exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small powder 1-5mm for supporting to produce pellets.
Drying process: Complete wood pellet production line with CE&SGS
The best material moisture content for supporting to produce pellet is 15 to 20%. Thus if your material moisture content exceed 20%, then you need one set Dryer to reduce high moisture to low for supporting to produce pellets.
Pelletizing process: Complete wood pellet production line with CE&SGS
The pellet machine we add in this line is Ring Die Pellet Machine. It is the special designed for producing wood pellets. We adopts the importing axle and special installing the forced feeding system. Therefor, please don’t worry, the wood pellets made the Ring Die Pellet Machine will be good enough. Because the final pellets made by Ring Die Pellet Machine will be high pressure, high density and high heating value.
Cooling and Screening Machine: Complete wood pellet production line with CE&SGS
The Cooler have the function of cooling and screening. Because when the pellets come out from the Ring Die Pellet Machine, they have certain temperature and moisture, then it is not good enough for storing and packaging directly. Then, after through this process, you will get the nice and pure pellets.
Packing process:

The packing process includes two parts: one is hosting part, the other one is packing part. The hosting machine will promote pellets from low to the top with its little hoppers, then drop the pellets into Packing Machine, with the automatic sealing system, the pellets can be packed into bags.
