√Vertical ring die wood sawdust straw pellet mill, feeding vertically, the raw materials can follow to the pelleting room directly.
√Vertical ring die structure, easy for heating dissipation, which can keep the machine running continually.
√Ring die fixed, main axis vertically, main shaft and roller rotating , the roller only can rotating inside of the ring die, so no deflection, no shaking, machine running more stably.
√Vertical ring die fixed, roller rotating, with centrifugal force, making the materials evenly distributed around inside the die, also the centrifugal force will help improve the capacity.

YULONG brand complete biomass pellet line:
1. Raw material: to press biomass pellets, your raw material can be wood log, waste wood, wood chips, rice husk, cotton stalk, all kinds of wast crop, EFB, paper, corn waste....
2. Moisture: Suitable moisture when pelletizing is 10-15%, if yours too high, such like 30%, 40%, or 50%, you will need a dryer.
3. Capacity: complete line capacity always 200-300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1t/h, 2-3t/h, 4-6t/h, 10t/h, 20t/h.... If this is your first time to make pellet, you can start this project from small capacity pellet machine, like 500kg/h or 1t/h.
