Welding wire FS HW08A is wide used for automatically Welding with HF 402 welding powder of protected air environment to weld the structures of Carbon steel and low alloy.
HF 402 welding powder has light quality in welding joint both of its chemical ingredient and machines it has good welding function, sassily to chop the slaying and polish the surface
Application
For welding the vessel structural steel, building-steels and for fill up welding the wheel of train and other important structural steel

Welding powder should be dried at 200-250 (C degrees) in 1 hour before using.
Not using over allowed current.
When using welding powder, it is necessary to use new welding powder going in a cycle to avoid welding damages that possible occurs
1.In plastic spool (or steel basket) with 15kg /5kg net weight each , Precision Layer Wound Coiling , Heat-Shrinked film sealing spool
A. 1 set :15kg/spool, winded on a plastic/steel spool, put into a carton
72 sets be piled in a pallet, 22-24 pallets can exactly fill a 20 feet container.
B. 1 set: 5kg/spool, winded on a plastic/steel spool, put into a carton
200 sets be piled in a pallet, 22-24 pallets can exactly fill a 20 feet container
2.In drum
100kg/Drum : 4 drums one pallet, 40 pallets in 20’ feet container
150kg/Drum : 4 drums one pallet, 30 pallets in 20’ feet container
250kg/Drum : 4 drums one pallet, 20 pallets in 20’ feet container
