ZSW series vibrating feeder is mainly used for continuous&even feeding before the coarse crushing of crusher, and meanwhile screening fine materials, increasing the crushing capacity.
Operating principle:
This series of vibrating feeding of slot is vibration exciter, spring support, gearing, etc.The vibration source of vibrating feeding of slot is vibration exciter, which consists of two eccentric shafts(main driving&driven) and gear pair.The motor drives the main driving shaft through triangular belt, and then the wheel gears on the main driving shaft mesh the driven shaft to rotate,The main driving&driven shafts take reverse rotation concurrently, making the slot vibrate and the materials flow continuously, achieving the purpose of material transportation.

Steady vibration;special grid bar design, preventing materials from blocking;adjustable space between grid bars; the variable-frequency speed regulation motor can be selected, which is convenient for control of feeding, and there is no need of frequent launch of motor.
