Product Description
Thermal transformer insulation Nomex tubing
GRADE:SB-NT (Nomex Tubing)
Working temperature:-60°C~+220°C
Structure
Nomex tubing(which also names aromatic polyamide paper tubing)is manufactured by twisted aromatic polyamide paper then adhesive by special glue. The glue possesses similar chemical characteristics with polyester film.
Usage
Main application range: insulation and mechanical protection for soldering, connection, wire harness, transformer, motor, cable, heating element, capacitor, telephone, electrical appliance etc.
Properity
1. Natural color, clear, yellow, stripe available
2. withstand 18~40KV/mm short time voltage field strength
3. Excellent intensity, high flexibility, high performance of wear resistance
4. Compliant with UL standard and can work under 220°C stably more than 10 years
5. Radiation resistance: can stand strength up to 800 Mrad (8MGy)
6. Nomex products compliant with all restrictions in UL94 V-0 standard.
