Features of DN80 Ford Idle Control Valve:
Using direct acting diaphragm type structure, the internal structure is very simple, no jam, reliable performance, durable. Stain resistant scale, needs no filters, no need to by-pass pipe, the pipe is very simple, can save a lot of space and piping costs. Outlet pressure precision adjustable, in general situation, can be thought of outlet pressure is not affected by the inlet pressure, outlet pressure variation is 8% of the delta, P1). Excellent hydraulic characteristics, small pressure loss, reduced pressure ratio can reach more than 10:1. Can meet the requirements of a variety of relief, especially suitable for the manifold pressure relief system.
