1). Features of BASKAGH Belt Conveyor System

2). Application of Large Angle Belt Conveyor System
Used in coal mine conveying system of inclined shaft and sub-inclined shaft who have high angles.
Highest Angle is up 31°, lowest -25°. Maximum conveying speed 3.15m/s. Deep groove idler and
patterned belt can make sure that material is smoothly conveyed under high angle condition.
The conveyor adopts speed control hydraulic couplings, CST speed control system or frequency
speed control system, hydraulic disc brake to make slow and smooth start & stop and speed
control come true.
3). Working Site of Belt Conveyor System
(The following points should be pay attention to: Belt Conveyors can be operated in the circumstance
temperature range from -20°C to +40°C. The temperature of transferred material by Belt
Conveyors should be lower than 50°C.)

We have various types of DTC large angle belt conveyor based on belt width,
such as 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, etc.

It passed the certification of National Coal Mine Safety.
