Hydraulic Lifting Homogenizer :
Hydraulic Lifting Homogenizer is a batch type machine designed for big volume in industrial production. Its working capacity
is generally between 50-5000L. It narrows the particle size of Liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials through external
mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phases evenly to realize good
homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result. As a result, the materials become stable emulsion. The emulsifier is batch
production, the working head adopt the new type of dual direction suction structure. The equipment can adopted to wide range
viscosity and temperature, and can also customized ex-proof product.

[Applicable Materials]:Applicable for production process for solution, gel, suspension or emulsion of solid - liquid,
liquid-liquid materials such as juice, soup bases, milk production, tissue homogenate, cosmetics,
surfactants, asphalt, emulsifier, oil field chemicals etc.
Main Features
a. Claw shaped workhead (Dual direction suction) is stainless steel precision forged.
b. Good gap fitness and high tip speed ensure excellent emulsifying and homogenizing effect. c. All components are processed by the imported CNC and throgh dynamic and static balance test to ensure the stable and safe operation of the equipment.
d. Hydraulic Lifting Stand is stable and flexible.
e. The whole machine looks nice and operates easily.
