---Brief introdution
this machine is to recycle different types tire(radial tire,nylon tire) into rubber powder(<30mesh)free of steel and fiber.
Constitute:ring cutter-strips cutter-blocks cutter-bead wire separator-XKPseries crusher-shaking screen-conveyor-steel magnetic separating conveyor
Principle:Feeding wastes tires chips into XKP 560 rubber powder production line to crush and grind them into mixture conclude rubber powder,steel wires and nylon,next separating steel wires apart from rubber powder by screening, magnetic separation and conveyors. Mixed rubber powder and steel wires that are conveyed by belt conveyor devices screened by two kinds shaking screens to get rubber granule(1-3mm), the magnetic rollers separate steel wires at the same time. The rubber powder that have not reached the suitable sizes will go back to crusher to get crush and girnded again.
