Functional Character
1. Fast Speed
Five six minutes can finish the sterilization process, imporved the instrument using turnover ratio, shortened the exposure time in the high temperature, prolong the service life, reduce maintenance costs.
2. More processed equipments
The volume of the 18liters cylinder is 6 liters, if 30 minutes a sterilization cycle, 12 liters one hour. The volume of the Cassette steam sterilization is 1.8 liters, if 6 minutes a sterilization cycle, 18 liters one hour.
3. No need packing
The instrument is the cassette of the sterilization and good transport, can avoid re-pollution before using.
4. No need to store the extra instruments
Use after sterilizing at once, safe and reliable. (more reliable without packing)
5. Small changing temperature, short time heating, can prolong the service life of the instruments.
6. Plus pressure discharge air to vacuum
Working Principle
The inside generator transform the distilled water into water vapor, then the high temperature was created and inflow to the Sterilizer cassette. The program change into sterilize period when the sterilized temperature is available, and the bacterium with the disinfection of objects can be sterilized at once. End of sterilization timing, the high-temperature steam will be exhausted. After the discharge steam, the Pressurized Steam Sterilizer cassette begin to dry period and the dry air enter the Steam Sterilizer cassette, making the moisture dry.
