Structure Description of CNG truck trailer:
The whole structure of trailer is divided into walking structure, large volume seamless steel cylinder and connecting device three parts.
1. Walking structure
Walking structure of semi trailer use the skeleton structure, the frame is high strength through beam of 16Mn and goose-strengthened design. It can be modified according to the special structure of the loading cylinder. Walking structure is installed ABS anti lock braking system to improve security.
2. Cylinder and connecting device
Generally, the cylinder diameter is 325mm~610mm, 559mm cylinder is the majority type. Number of cylinder is usually several to a dozen, and the cylinder working pressure is 20Mpa~25Mpa.
Application of CNG truck trailer:
1. For CNG transportation from Mother station to daughter station;
2. For CNG transportation to places where CNG gas pipeline hasn’t been built;
3. For CNG transportation to places where gas distribution system can’t reach;
4. For CNG storage at gas stations.
