CNG new semi trailer mainly consists of five parts: trailer, framework, large-cubage seamless steel cylinders, fore safety cabin and back operation cabin. CNG tube bundle type semi trailer is the gas source of CNG filling substation. It can be called CNG truck trailer or CNG tube trailer as well, playing an important role during the whole transportation. There are burst disks on the fore cabin which form safety cabin. And there are inlet and outlet tubes, thermometer, blowdown pipes, pressure meter, quick-connect joint and burst disks on the back cabin which form operation cabin. Its technology principle is simple and it can save space. Features of new semi trailers are as follow:
s Standard: ISO11120:1999
s Safety valves: Imported top class parts are adopted;
s Standard corner fittings and framework for container, easy transport;
s Large storage volume but less joints, valves and tube quantity to enable safety operation;
s Seamless steel tubes and close-spinning technology are adopted to enhance air tightness;
s Advanced production technology, sophisticated equipment and strict examination system.
s Size: 12391*2480*1565mm , it can be loaded on all standard trailers home and abroad and assure the safe and steady transportation;
