CNG long-tube used semi trailer mainly consists of five parts: trailer, framework, large-cubage seamless steel cylinders, fore safety cabin and back operation cabin. Both ends of the large-cubage seamless steel cylinder have machined outside and inside screw threads. The outside screw threads of both ends connect with the setting flanges. The setting flange is fixed on the supporting plates of both ends of framework by bolts. Screw the end plugs into the inside threads of the cylinder mouth. Connect tube fittings with the end plugs. There set burst disks on the fore cabin, forming safety cabin. There set inlet and outlet tubes, Blowdown tubes, thermometer, pressure gauge, quick-connect joint and burst disks fitting on back cabin, forming operation cabin.
CNG long-tube used semi trailer is the gas source of CNG filling sub station. It also can transport CNG for the civil gas system. used semi trailer is an effective supplementary method to the pipe conveyance of gas. Its technology is simple and it occupies small ground. used semi trailer has the following traits: 1. Import valves with high quality; 2. Standard corner fittings and framework for container, easy transport. 3. The drain contamination design may easily blow off accumulated liquid. 4. Less piping and connecting lower the danger of leakage. 5. Less tube, less joint, large pipe size, small flow resistance, fast filling capacity. 6. High initial investment, low operating and maintenance cost. |
