Structure design of lng container
1. The lng container is one of the main products of Yukun company, and there is 5-50m3 vertical tank and 5-50m3 horizontal tank;
2. The lng container is double-fixed vacuum powder insulation;
3. The material of inner lng container is stainless steel, and the outer tank is Q235B or 16MnR;
4. The anticorrosion coating on the surface of lng tank container use sandblasting derusting, blowing, spraying process, while using a two-component curing liquid coating;
5. The interlayer between inner and outer lng container use the perlite under thermal state as insulation material and be pumped into vacuum.
6. The appearance of lng container use overall sandblasting polishing treatment, which reaches the requirements of Sa-25 standard. Thickness of primer 80 μm, topcoat 120 μm, the finished paint ≥200 μm.
