This machine use of sawdust, straw (corn stalks, large soybean straw, sorghum, cotton stalk, rape straw, peanut vine, sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches, wood cut head, bamboo shavings, bagasse and other raw materials.

Require for Raw materials:

1. Size: smaller than 5mm, it should be crush first if the material not smaller than that.

2. Moisture: 8%-13%, it should be reduced by Rotary dryer or Air dryer if raw material higher than that.

1. Binder mixer: It is using for dissolving and thick binder.

2. Crusher and mixer: It is a machine with the function of crushing and mixing together, crushing the raw material below 5mm, and mixing them uniformly. The moisture need controlled between 25%-30%.

3. Wood charcoal machine: It presses sawdust , rice husk, peanut shell, plant stalk, or other powders into different shapes and size.

4. Dryer: We have vertical dryer, box dryer and mesh belt dryer. I will suggest suitable dryer according to your raw machine, shape and size.
