1. Product Description
The 500 TPD Gold CIL Production Plant is a heavy-duty, high-reliability gold ore processing solution specially developed for large-scale gold mining projects. Adopting mature and proven Carbon-in-Leach technology, this integrated production plant combines complete ore beneficiation, gold leaching and recovery systems into one unified unit. Different from ordinary small and medium mineral processing equipment, this plant focuses on long-term stable continuous operation, meeting the high-standard production requirements of large gold mines. With industrial-grade structural design and standardized overall configuration, it can adapt to complex on-site mining environments. The whole production line realizes integrated and automated gold ore processing, covering all procedures from raw ore treatment to finished gold production. It serves as a core reliable beneficiation equipment for large mining enterprises to achieve stable and high-efficiency gold resource development.
2. Working Principle
The plant operates based on the classic and stable carbon-in-leach gold extraction principle optimized for large-scale mining scenarios. Firstly, raw gold ore is processed through crushing and grinding to form uniform fine ore slurry that meets industrial leaching standards. The qualified ore slurry is delivered to the leaching system, where precious gold elements are dissolved steadily via chemical leaching under stable process conditions. During the leaching process, high-quality activated carbon is continuously added to the slurry tank. The activated carbon fully contacts with the gold-bearing slurry and efficiently captures and adsorbs dissolved gold ions in real time. After circulating leaching and multi-stage adsorption, gold-loaded carbon is separated from tailings slurry. The enriched gold-loaded carbon will go through desorption, electrolysis and smelting purification processes to separate gold from carbon materials and finally obtain high-purity finished gold products. The synchronous leaching and adsorption design avoids intermediate gold loss and ensures consistent and reliable gold recovery efficiency for large-scale production.
