This 2000mm hot melt welding machine is super heavy duty hydraulic semi automatic butt fusion equipment developed for extra large diameter thick wall PE HDPE and PVDF pipes. The extra thick integrated welded steel frame can bear extreme loads from huge thick wall pipes and offset the powerful reaction force produced in the butt fusion process. The heavy duty multi group clamping mechanism applies uniform clamping force around the pipe circumference to prevent pipe bending and misalignment under high hydraulic pressure. The reinforced anti corrosion coating can resist long term exposure to severe outdoor working environments including strong wind, sand, heavy rain and wide temperature changes.
It is equipped with high power high precision digital constant temperature control system. The temperature error is within plus or minus 5 centigrade and the maximum heating temperature is 270 centigrade. The oversized heating plate provides deep and even heat coverage across the whole wide pipe end face to avoid local insufficient melting and hidden internal welding defects. The large flow hydraulic power unit supports precise adjustment of thrust and moving speed to comply with stringent industry specifications for super large thermoplastic pipe welding.
This welding equipment is widely adopted for long distance cross regional water transfer main pipelines, large scale municipal water supply trunk networks and super large industrial waste water delivery projects. It maintains stable running state during long time continuous full load operation and produces high integrity welded joints that can pass strict pressure resistance tests and official project acceptance inspection.
