This 355mm hot melt welding machine is medium heavy duty hydraulic semi automatic butt fusion equipment for medium large diameter thick wall PE HDPE and PVDF pipes. The robust thick welded steel frame is made to support heavy pipe loads and absorb impact from rough construction ground. The evenly distributed multi point clamping jaws firmly fix pipes and prevent rotation or offset under hydraulic pressure. The high endurance anti corrosion coating can cope with continuous exposure to wind dust and humidity in outdoor construction environments.
It is equipped with stable digital constant temperature control system. The temperature error is within plus or minus 5 centigrade and the maximum heating temperature is 270 centigrade. The large heating plate delivers deep uniform heat on pipe end faces to reduce hidden welding problems such as local insufficient melting and tiny seam cracks. The adjustable hydraulic power unit allows operators to set proper pushing force to maintain accurate pipe alignment during fusion.
This welding machine is commonly selected for municipal secondary water supply trunk lines, town sewage collection pipelines and large farmland irrigation projects. It can run continuously for long working hours and create high integrity weld joints that pass standard on site pressure tests and project acceptance checks.
