1. Product Description
The Mobile Gold CIL Leaching Plant is a portable gold extraction unit specially designed for remote mine sites and scattered small gold deposits. This mobile processing unit adopts mature carbon-in-leach technology and is mainly suitable for oxide gold ore and free-milling gold ore. The whole system integrates mobile crushing and screening module, grinding and classification module, thickener, CIL leaching & adsorption tanks, loaded carbon desorption electrolysis assembly, gold smelting unit, tailings detoxification and dewatering equipment, together with compact PLC control system. The main modules can be mounted on trailers or container frames for easy transportation to remote mining areas. It requires minimal foundation work and can be rapidly assembled and commissioned on-site, making it an ideal gold extraction solution for isolated, temporary or remote mining locations.
2. Working Principle
Raw gold ore is fed into the mobile crushing and screening unit to reach the required particle size, then conveyed to the ball mill for wet grinding. The classified ore pulp enters the thickener for concentration and adjustment of pulp density and pH value. Qualified slurry flows into the series CIL leaching tanks, where cyanide lixiviant is added to dissolve gold into the pulp, and activated carbon is added synchronously to adsorb dissolved gold during the leaching process. Gold-loaded carbon is separated from barren slurry and delivered to the desorption electrolysis system to produce gold sludge. Gold sludge is smelted into gold bullion. The tailing slurry after gold extraction is processed by detoxification and dewatering to meet environmental stacking requirements in remote areas.
