1. Product Description
The Gold CIL Plant is a professional carbon-in-leach gold extraction unit supplied directly by Chinese manufacturer, available for sale. This gold beneficiation equipment adopts proven CIL technology, widely applicable to oxidized gold ore, free-milling gold ore and pre-treated refractory gold ore. The product range covers small modular skid-mounted units, medium-sized complete production lines and large-scale heavy-duty processing plants. A full set of equipment includes feeding device, crushing & screening system, ball mill and hydrocyclone classification system, thickener, CIL leaching adsorption tanks, elution electrowinning system, gold smelting equipment, tailings detoxification and dewatering system, as well as PLC/DCS automatic control system. Customized capacity from 20TPD up to 5000TPD can be provided according to customer mine conditions. It features stable gold recovery, compact or heavy-duty structure, cost-effective investment and reliable after-sales technical service.
2. Working Principle
Gold ore is crushed and screened to qualified particle size, then sent to ball mill for wet grinding. The pulp is classified by hydrocyclone to reach required fineness and pumped into thickener for concentration and pH adjustment. The conditioned slurry flows into CIL leaching tanks. Cyanide lixiviant is added to dissolve gold into aqueous phase, while activated carbon is added synchronously to adsorb dissolved gold during leaching. Gold-loaded carbon is separated and delivered to elution electrowinning system. Under high temperature and high pressure, gold is desorbed from carbon to form pregnant solution, and gold sludge is precipitated by electrowinning. Gold sludge is smelted into dore gold bullion. The barren tailing slurry is detoxified and dewatered to meet environmental requirements for stacking or discharge.
