SG Series Stainless Steel Thin-Section Constant Cross-Section Bearing
Product Overview:
SG series are imperial 1×1‑inch constant cross‑section stainless‑steel thin‑section ball bearings. The cross‑section remains unchanged as bore size increases, greatly saving installation space and reducing overall weight. Rings and balls adopt AISI440C stainless steel, 304/316L material is optional, delivering excellent rust‑proof, salt‑spray and acid‑alkali corrosion resistance. Precision grades include P4/P5/P6. Three types are available: Type‑A angular contact, Type‑C radial contact and Type‑X four‑point contact. Capable of carrying radial load, axial load and overturning moment. Non‑standard customization based on drawings and samples is supported, serving as domestic substitution for imported SG bearings for precision equipment under humid and corrosive conditions。
