NAA Series Thin-Section Ball Bearing
Product Overview:
NAA series are imperial constant cross‑section thin‑section ball bearings with a fixed 3/16-inch (4.762mm) cross-section. The cross-section thickness remains unchanged as the bore diameter increases, greatly saving installation space and reducing overall equipment weight. The main body is made of AISI440C stainless steel, and 304/316L austenitic stainless steel is optional, featuring excellent rust resistance, salt spray resistance and acid‑alkali corrosion resistance.
Precision grades cover P4/P5/P6.
Flexible anti-corrosion upgrade solutions are available, stainless steel base material or Endurakote hard chrome coating can be customized to improve salt spray resistance and wear resistance.
Three structures: Type A angular contact, Type C radial contact and Type X four‑point contact. Type A can bear radial and unidirectional axial load, and duplex mounting can withstand bidirectional axial force; Type C is mainly for radial load with stable and cost-effective operation; Type X can bear composite moment with a single set, greatly reducing the number of assembly parts.
Standard specifications are available, and customization according to drawings or samples is available for special requirements.
