What types of wastewater can this system handle?
It is suitable for high-salinity, high-COD, or acidic/alkaline streams such as landfill leachate, chemical industry effluents, desulfurization wastewater, and brine from RO systems. Please provide a water analysis for a customized recommendation. -
How does the crystallization process work?
The system concentrates the solution until supersaturation, then crystals form in the integrated crystallizer. A forced circulation loop ensures uniform crystal growth. The slurry is then discharged and separated by a centrifuge or filter. -
What is the typical energy consumption?
With 3 effects, steam consumption is about 0.4–0.5 kg steam per kg of water evaporated. For 5 effects, this drops to 0.25–0.3 kg. Electricity consumption is mainly for pumps and control system, typically 10–30 kWh per ton of evaporation. -
Can I use this system for non-aqueous solvents?
Yes, but please inform us about the solvent properties. The standard 304 SS may not be compatible with certain solvents; we can upgrade to 316L or other alloys, and adjust seals and gaskets accordingly. -
