Product Brief
Coal dryer is rotary‑drum‑based industrial drying equipment, used to remove excess moisture from raw coal, lignite, coal slime, fine coal. It improves coal calorific value, solves caking, hard‑storage and high‑transport‑cost problems. Complete set includes feeding, heat source, rotary drum, dust removal, PLC control and discharging system, supports 24‑h continuous production, widely used in coal mine, coal washing plant, coal processing plant。
Working Principle
Wet coal enters inclined rotary drum via feeding system.
Internal lifting plates continuously lift and scatter coal to form material curtain.
Hot air fully contacts coal, evaporates internal moisture through heat exchange. Anti‑striking structure avoids material sticking on drum wall。
Water vapor and dust go into multi‑stage dust collector for purification then exhaust.
Dried coal is discharged automatically. Moisture can be adjusted from 30‑50% inlet down to 8‑12% outlet。
